SUPERCHROME 565

OUR PROBLEM SOLVING STEEL ELECTRODE

Unusual high ultimate tensile strength. Extremely smooth and requires low amperage. SUPERCHROME 565 is an all position, porosity free electrode without undercut or spatter, that not only performs superbly on DC welders and on the smallest AC welders including 110 Volt non-commercial buzz boxes. Excellent machinability on high carbon steels.

Applications:

Welding low, medium, high carbon and high alloy steels and dissimilar welding on all steels requiring the highest strength and quality. Ideal for the repair of tools, dies, springs, saws, chrome and vanadium-moly shafting and pulling broken studs. Used for joining stainless steels of unknown analysis and to any other steel. Cladding and repair of paddles and rotors for the chemical & mining industries. Underlay for hardfacing especially high speed steels.
